Horrible customer service. Asked about travel options. Never got back to us. After 2 weeks of no contact, we called again and left another voicemail since no one answers the phone. Is this business even active anymore. Update. After an initial no response, they did contact me and more than made up for the customer service. Mary Jo walked us through the passport process, gave us plenty of travel options and was immediately available when ever we had any questions. Just returned from a Canadian rocketeer rail trip that was fantastic and definitely a bucket list trip.
