He has limited hours and you might have to be patient to speak with him but he definitely knows a ton of useful information. Stay away from this place. There are excellent repair phone places like cell Xchange who charge way cheaper than this place. A million thanks to Best buy Geek squad for processing my so called disassembled phone claimed by GatorTec jack a**. No questions, fast repair from Apple support of course. I got a new phone after 3 to 4 days! MANY MANY THANKS BEST BUY! Geek squad....🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
