I was a broker before my children multiplied and my husband is still involved in Real Estate, combined we have 20 years of experience. This is my first review ever. This woman's complete lack of compassion has compelled me to write this.... Where to begin, PEGGIE RYAN-LANIGAN. She represented the owner of the rental my family and I reside in. Not one time during the entire experience did she treat us like we were human. There are four of us almost 5, I'm 33 weeks pregnant we happen to be in the middle of a remodel and it's the end of the school year. So our lives are a little bit scattered right now. Having a realtor that had our backs would have made A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE! But unfortunately, every single encounter we had with this woman was DREADFUL, STRESSFUL AND FULL OF SPITE. She spoke in a condescending tone to our entire family including my mother and father in-law who are just here to help us. Her texts were always rude and she never once came from a place of synergy it was always self motivated. I wish I could copy and paste every text correspondence we had, but I wouldn't do that to you. Let me end with this, If you are looking for a real estate agent that can quickly solve problems, think outside of the box, communicates well with others all while getting the job done THEN THIS IS NOT THE AGENT OR THE COMPANY FOR YOU! I'm sorry but it's true. You will save yourself a lot of stress by finding yourself another agent. Good luck!
