TOTAL SCAM!!! PLEASE BE WARNED ⚠️ They keep calling you with an unknown number and email you a fake bill you apparently owe. - even the adresse on the bill is not correct 😑 Blocked their email address and phone# but they still harass me by calling me from an unknown #.

Total scam! They called me for some Vidéotron bill I apparently owed, called Vidéotron to find out and they could not even provide me a copy of a bill of a balance owing. Let them know and they told me they would close this file they had for me. Only to call back a month later for the same issue. They get paid to waste peoples time

I must say, I really appreciate that you guys got in touch with me first before issuing a stain on my credit record. I forgot to pay a small bill that was mailed to my old address. The reason you're getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because I did not receive a confirmation of payment after paying it, even though you had my email address at that point. So I had to call just now to confirm that the payment went through. I'm giving you 4 stars, instead of the 3 stars I would have otherwise given, because upon calling everything was confirmed quickly and efficiently and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Mme. Fluet was the name in the e-mail with the confirmation of payment I had asked her to send and I was very impressed and satisfied with, as I said, how quickly and efficiently it was taken care of, and that the email confirmation was then immediately sent after the phone call within a minute.
