I was given a quote of $80 to replace my screen when it stopped working. When I brought it in, the staff member was able to reboot the device and fix the issue in 2 minutes. Very much appreciate the quick and honest service.
Very very bad experience with this company. All they do/focus on is ask you for more money and never get your device fixed. First it was my iPhone X, paid $40 for diagnostics after running the test they told me it was a battery issue and would need extra 40 to fix it, I paid for it, got my phone back. Unfortunately that wasn’t the issue and my phone was never fixed, I never got refunded. $90 down the drain. They still have my phone for more than one year. Second experience was my laptop, my laptop has a virus. I paid $50 for sure for stupid diagnosis that they know nothing doing. They told me it will take 3 days to fix, hold and behold my laptop has been with them for a month. This is not a recommendable store at all for your device repair. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service.
