We had come to the realization that we had outgrown our original home. We were wandering blindly, and knew we were out of our depth. We knew it was time to move, but had nothing but a foggy idea of what we wanted for a home. Some close friends recommended that we reach out to the realtor that they had both used. This is what lead us to Gene, and we are much better off for it. Gene helped guide us through the sale of our old home and helped us work through finding out what we really wanted in a dream home. We knew we wanted a new build, but we were overwhelmed by the options. Gene helped patiently guide us through finding what we trully wanted in a house. Over the next few months we worked our way to finding our truth. Then Gene found us a great site for a new build with a fantastic builder. The only problem was that to fully finish the house was slightly out of range for our budget. We had come to accept that we would have to finish the home over time to make it perfect. But then Gene had a brilliant idea. Instead of waiting to sell our old home, we could unlock the value in our old home by selling it ahead of time. Then Gene went to bat and got exceptional value out of the sale of the home, that then allowed us to fully finish the new home, making it our dream come true. Needless to say, we could not recommend Gene more.

Gene is absolutely fantastic! From the very first meeting we knew we were in great hands!
