The HR department at General Construction Company has been professional and responsive. Their communication is clear, and they handle inquiries efficiently — a strong team doing a great job! On the other hand, the Accounts department could improve their responsiveness. Tried calling a few times, but no one picked up — would be great if someone could actually answer the phone next time.

Despite my polite explanation that I am not the appropriate person to address your concern, you raised your voice and displayed a confrontational attitude towards me.
