I love the classes especially chair yoga and mat Pilates. Fran is my favourite instructor. She makes classes challenging and fun at the same time. Definitely recommend taking a class by Fran if you’re looking to enjoy your workout

I had been experiencing consistent foot discomfort and fatigue throughout the day, especially after long hours of standing or walking. Alex quickly identified the issue and created custom orthotics that have completely transformed my daily comfort. Since using them, my feet feel better supported, and the fatigue has significantly reduced. I highly recommend Alex and the Generations team for anyone in need of personalized foot care!

I’ve been going here for a few weeks for rehab of a torn ACL. All staff has been amazing and super friendly. I have been able to see lots of progress and we work within my limits which has been great. The team also makes sure I understand why we are doing what we are so I stay in the loop with the whole process. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and truly want to see my progress. I’m very glad I chose to do my physio here and would recommend it to anyone
