Buying a car at Genesis of Edmond was probably the easiest and least stressful car buy we’ve completed. We ended up with Zayne being our primary sales person. Jeff the Sales Manager was also involved kindly following up insuring we were taken care of and had all questions answered. This was a three month process with a few visits while my wife narrowed her choices. We DIDN’T get spammed with calls and text. Yes, the hot chocolate machine is next level and yes Zayne was super knowledgeable on the technology associated with a GV80. If you’re older just turn off the fancy features and watch YouTube videos. Then go to the garage and work through adding the amazing advanced features. I only have a couple negative comments that are more an inconvenience then negative; we feel we got tossed around from salesperson to salesperson but that also demonstrates their follow-up and relationships. Secondly, they need to add signature pads instead of trying to sign on a screen with your pointer finger. Hat tip to Parker in finance and yes Genesis of Edmond will be our first stop when buying in the future.

I have to say hands down the best car buying experience I have had. Lance Car Sales, Sales Manager and team were top notch. I recommend them without a doubt. They are the dream team. Purchased a vehicle for my daughter here and she was very excited. They made everything perfect. So good.
