Man Dray is fantastic there’s just another level of being a genuine man that is way above what we experience day to day. I moved to Utah but I still call this home Drays service makes me want to come back to Norman so I can take my car to him whenever I know it needs to be taken care of. I 100% of my whole being recommend ANYONE looking to buy or service to come to Dray. He is literally about serving the customer he will find breaks, he will check and make sure deals are being honored, even deals you didn’t know existed with the car you purchased, he will literally take care of you. He knows something about service that makes a company or profitable over time. Put this to the test.

I’ve had my car with this dealership for over 3 years for service, and it is still not fixed. There has been little to no communication, no real progress, and no clear plan to actually resolve the issue or return the car. At this point, it feels like they’re taking no responsibility and no action to make things right for their customer. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and honestly feels like a scam. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bree was our saleswoman. She was great answered any questions that we had. The buying process was fast and smooth. Bree was very respectful and not pushy. My wife and I wanted to talk about things and she gave us the space we needed. I would highly recommend if your making an appointment to make it with her.
