I had my laptop diagnosed for a bad touchscreen. They were very courteous and professional. It only took a day to get an estimate for the repair and while it was more than what I wanted to put into the laptop, the price was still very reasonable. Even though I can't comment on their actual work, my experience up to that point was very positive!

Excellent customer service, they are very knowledgeable and very trustworthy people. The man explained to me what the cell phone problem was and the best option he had to solve the problem.

Called after reading the reviews. The gentleman was extremely polite. Went in with my sons broken screen on an iPhone 13. Replaced in a timely manner and no bs. The man was kind to explain to me how the lockout system works so I knew for future use being the screen was smashed and phone remained on, making it try to lock itself out. Price was good. Thank you so much! We will definitely be using these services at this location in the future.
