I met with the hygienist, Tarra today for periodic cleaning. Yesterday was supposed to be the day with my dentist but she was sick and I was told that different hygienist is available today. Tarra is generally teaching at university and she is temporary hygenist at Onsite Dental when someone is sick to fill the open spot when they need. Anyway, she was amazing. Her job was thorough. Some of my tooth are sensitive and I generally have pains on a couple of tooth. But the way she treated me didn't give me any pains on them. I wish I could have her procedure every time ..

I had a great experience here after not going to the dentist for a bit. Everyone was super nice and professional. I was able to get in for a cleaning and treatment within a week. Diana did my cleaning and it was the best cleaning I have had. I have had my teeth cleaned before and not gone back to that office because it was too aggressive. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have used the service at this location since I moved to Oregon. Dr. Toader and his team were great, professional, and friendly. It made me feel good every time I visited. This time I visited for my yearly check-up, the whole team was new, and I was surprised. I didn't receive notice about the change. And my experience with the new team was not great. 1. My appointment was scheduled at 12:30-1:10pm but it actually ended at 1:50pm due to the hygienist Mrs. Shahid being late. 2. I kept on getting bumped on the top of my head during the cleaning when she leaned over and when I mentioned it, she denied. A sorry or a question asking me how I feel would be better. 3. Dr. Toader's team service was great and it showed in small details. They handed me a mirror to check and for me to observe the process if I wanted to. They gave me some mouthwash to wash my mouth after. They asked how I felt very often during the process. But I didn't get the same service with the new team.

The people are great and the service is fantastic.
