Our garage door spring broke on Friday afternoon before a long weekend. We tried calling a couple of local companies on Saturday and they were closed until the following Tuesday. We assumed all garage door companies would be the same so didn`t pursue the matter until my wife blew a gasket at not being able to drive her car as we couldn`t get the door opened even manually. Accordingly I called Gentle Garage Door`s # and talked to Moses. He came over on the holiday Monday at the agreed time and replaced the spring, one cracked hinge, tightened up the chain which had too much slack in it and put a tension spring on one of the cables to prevent any jamming, all efficiently and expertly done for, what I think, was a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Moses for any garage door repairs you may require.
