I had an ok condition row home in need of new windows, doors…. basically everything really and was delusional thinking I could do it all myself while on paternity leave only to find out I barely had time to sleep let alone remodel the house (rookie first time dad mistake) I got a job offer in Delaware right before the baby as well so I had to make a move and finally sell the house but I didn’t have the time or money for the repairs at that point. I had heard enough horror stories about as-is home buyers that when I first made the call to these guys I really had my guard up. I had a number in mind and decided I would not budge on it. I gave these guys a call based off of the other testimonials on here but I didn’t expect much. Jon came out and looked at the house, called my offer reasonable and we signed papers right there that they could check out the house for a couple days. A few days later I was sending over paperwork for the title and maybe two weeks later I was selling the house. Jon was great, friendly, and entirely transparent with every step but really, even with that, from stories of other businesses, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop. Maybe a lower offer when we got closer to the actual closing or some kind of fee but it was almost surreal how smooth the experience was, I swear I’ve had more complicated problems trying to get credit on DoorDash than I did with selling these guys my house. Excellent business and excellent service.
