Good afternoon everyone. I want to shout out our realtors at Revel in Lafontaine. The team was amazing. From the beginning the contract to sell was well explained. I knew exactly what to expect. We hit the cottage market in march and generated some interest. The market was tough yet we persevered together with staged open houses. I must say Revel was very generous staging 3 bedrooms for us. Also the brochure to showcase the house was magnificently put together. I am very pleased to have selected Vanya and Danielle to represent my wife and I in a difficult economy. In the end we sold. Very happy with the result the dream team brought us. This review wouldn’t be complete without a special shout out to Michele. He role was integral to communicate Docusign papers and to convey all of the sales documents to legal. Thank Michele for going the extra mile. Danielle and her team were very responsive and flexible, explained things in detail and answered all my questions! They had an amazing photographer that did a wonderful job on our listings pics and video. She even came buy my home to feed my kitties when we were away! Danielle being a part of our community of Tiny was also important to me. Best part is that our house sold quickly and for the price we wanted!! This is the second time we have purchased a property through the Georgian Bay Dream Team and both times have been a positive experience. Every time we called Vanya we got a quick response, and Vanya was excellent at negotiating with our interests in mind. The service is excellent and accommodating. As an example, anytime Vanya was unavailable, Danielle came in to help us and did not miss a beat.
