I am in the process of developing some land. I had no idea what was needed from a geotechnical perspective and a percolation. When I called, I was transferred to Cary. She answered all my first-grade questions with plain easy to understand explanation and advisement. I was able to have GeoTek give me a quotation for a Soils and Perc report they estimated 6-7 weeks. When I found out that my civil plans were going to deliver early, Cary to the rescue, she found a hole in their schedule and got me prioritized. She got the report in high quality ASAP. Quicker than I expected. They were nothing but professional and understanding while meeting and exceeding my expectations of their services. I would highly recommend this company. They saved me time and money.

Ii was very impressed with level of service I received from geo tek. They arrived exactly when they said they would and quickly completed my soil test.. and having a drill rig in my yard was unusual but really fun. I received my completed test within a couple weeks.
