It took 8 months to complete a 400 square foot rebuild and waterproofing, that still doesn't work, with lots of excuses as to why. Regularly not on site, one problem after another. On top of that they/their sub broke our sewer line and backed up into 3 residents units. We ended up having to pay $60,000 to fix it. Definitely would not recommend.

Miguel Rodriguezi called them on the phone to get some pricing, the woman that answered was not nice, i said good morning how are you ? and it was like it was weird to be nice and ask how are you! she did not answered my question and told me with not a nice tone how can i help you, then i decided to get transferred to another person and they transferred me to this guy named Gaston, asked the same question ( how are you sir) he did not answered there was like a 7 sec silence and then he replied WHAT DO YOU NEED SIR!... What kind of business manners are this? have people forgotten that we as customers are the ones that bring the money into your business? if someone is being nice and telling you GOOD MORNING, HOW ARE YOU? i think is very nice to reply to that and be courteous! this world has lost their good manners and live on an unprofessional bubble thinking they are better than others. I dont recomend this company to anyone, when you cant even get a good conversation with them, how is it going to be if you do business with them?
