Immediately on walking in, lots about 6 seasonal items reduced to great prices, spotted a said item and queried the apparent damage, sales guy Immediately admitted his lack of knowledge and proceeded to find someone who knew about the item... along came Mike with a ready smile and a ' fair to middling ' sense of humour reassuring me that I could still return the items if not satisfied, then gave a further reduction.. now whats soo good about that you might say.. but as a woman of colour, yes even today, we/I don't always get the expected customer service, people are people I guess :( so when I get the politeness, great customer service thrown in, with a little humour... its a great thing. Both Mike and his staff member we both polite and courteous throughout my visit and I would definitely encourage others to use/visit... really nice shopping experience, Thankyou :)
