Buying a vehicle and more importantly the negotiation in buying a vehicle can be like walking on Lego! However Sherwood Honda and specifically Ritchie made this a very good experience. Ritchie and team go to great lengths to make you feel like a valued customer. It seems like they are looking to create a lasting relationship rather than just a one and one like most dealerships. I highly recommend Ritchie and team and the service department. They clearly demonstrate why they are better than other dealerships. This wasn’t my first vehicle from Sherwood Honda and it won’t be my last. You can go wrong with Sherwood Honda!

Bought Honda Odyssey 2026 Black Edition! Japleen was absolutely amazing in helping my wife and I decide which car to buy. He took the time to understand what we are looking for and guided us to the best choice without any pressure. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his knowledge and patience. The finance team was also top-notch — Imit and Indy were incredibly helpful, clear, and efficient, making everything easy to understand. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were referred to Zeke in finding a used car that fit for our family and our budget. It was a great experience. He's polite and explains everything and willing to negotiate the price. The fact that we waited 2 weeks for ourselves before we decided to buy one, he gave us that time to think without pushing us to buy right away. We shopped around to two (2) more dealerships but nothing beats the way Zeke handled us. He definitely defined the true meaning of customer service! Finance team also explained very well the agreement. We never felt that we were pushed to buy stuff like insurances, add-ons, or extended warranties. But of course, you need to have your own due diligence before signing the documents. Thanks Indy! ❤️ When we picked-up the car, he gave us new floor mats, tank is full and carwashed. Tyler Turned a Stressful Delay Into a Positive Experience I had an outstanding customer service experience with Tyler at Sherwood Honda. My Honda Civic needed a heater part that unfortunately took over three months to arrive. Throughout the entire wait, Tyler went above and beyond to make things easier for me. He arranged for me to drive a Buick Enclave in the meantime, which truly felt like such a blessing. During the winter storms, I was especially grateful to be driving something so safe and secure — it gave me real peace of mind while waiting for my repair. I even brought the Buick in for an oil change at their expense during this time! What impressed me most was Tyler’s communication and transparency. He explained what was happening throughout the process, kept me updated about the status of the part, and always followed up when he said he would.
