Bought Honda Odyssey 2026 Black Edition! Japleen was absolutely amazing in helping my wife and I decide which car to buy. He took the time to understand what we are looking for and guided us to the best choice without any pressure. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to his knowledge and patience. The finance team was also top-notch — Imit and Indy were incredibly helpful, clear, and efficient, making everything easy to understand. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were referred to Zeke in finding a used car that fit for our family and our budget. It was a great experience. He's polite and explains everything and willing to negotiate the price. The fact that we waited 2 weeks for ourselves before we decided to buy one, he gave us that time to think without pushing us to buy right away. We shopped around to two (2) more dealerships but nothing beats the way Zeke handled us. He definitely defined the true meaning of customer service! Finance team also explained very well the agreement. We never felt that we were pushed to buy stuff like insurances, add-ons, or extended warranties. But of course, you need to have your own due diligence before signing the documents. Thanks Indy! ❤️ When we picked-up the car, he gave us new floor mats, tank is full and carwashed. He made sure everything is ok. I will gladly recommend this dealership if you are looking for used cars and look for Zeke! All in all from reception to other staff, it was an awesome experience!
