First time ordering a bed from get laid beds and overall I'm very happy with the product. We went for the London bed with full size under bed storage. Ordering and email communication was great. We took standard delivery and they brought the items indoors which is great. One of the packages was slightly damaged but didn't affect the items inside. All the pieces are made of great solid wood and you definitely need a power tool so take that in mind when considering it. The biggest downside for me was the instructions. They were very confusing and not straightforward, especially when it came to screws and on what side. We had to unscrew 2-3 times but maybe we were tired? Anyway, instructions aside that doesn't overshadow the bed itself. We are very happy with it!
We are beyond delighted with our Get Laid Beds frame! The quality of materials and finish is exceptional. Each item came with in-depth instructions that allowed us to complete the assembly on our own. We also ordered four underbed drawers that have added additional storage and keep the design sleek. We (and our cat!) love the product and are very happy with our order. Would definitely recommend this frame and drawers to all!
Platform Space Saver Bed Double with no headboard and 3/4 box Overall very happy with the bed! Looks great and the space saver option works well in our small bedroom. Pros - Delivery to North Scotland by FedEx was fast. Customer service was great as I needed a slat to reduce gaps for my mattress guarantee which only cost £10. Cons - Instructions not great and you definitely need an electric screwdriver with a narrow long head due to placement of drilled holes in legs. Unsure on the lack of a middle support but we will see.
