I am very grateful to Physio Move and especially Dr. Alma for the care and support during my last months of pregnancy. When I first came to her, I was doubtful that anything could help with the extreme back pain I had. However she made a remarkable difference from my very first 5 sessions! With her expertise I was able to stay active and prepared for delivery without any back pain. She always took the time to explain exercises and techniques and thanks to her I feel more ready for delivery without any discomfort. Going to the therapy part Dr kamal and his team are the best, they know your pain and how to heal it. His magical hands are a painkiller.
