Ghost did a fantastic job pitching ideas for our ad campaign. Britton was energetic and appeared to really know what he's doing. The reality is that the whole experience was a train wreck and set our charity project back months. One of the main goals discussed was sponsored ads on meta platforms. We were billed for social media content for 2 months and never received one single sponsored ad. Communication became non existent. I counted 7 emails and text messages in a row requesting an update. Finally, Britton emailed and apologized for "his team" dropping the ball. He said people he trusted weren't getting the job done so he was taking over our account personally. And furthermore, he offered to give use the next 2 months of work for free to make up for the terrible experience in the previous 2 months. That sounded reasonable to my partner and I so we agreed. 2 weeks later, we got an email from Britton explaining that they were overloaded and took on more work than they could handle and that they were dropping us as clients. I recently asked him for a refund since he decided NOT to honor his offer of 2 free months. He declined and said they did enough work to justify the expense. If you're looking for someone professional to deal with these aren't your guys. Don't waste your time and money and get Ghosted like we did! If he had responded to my multiple previous emails as quickly as he responded to this negative review, this would be a totally different outcome. At least he doesn't deny that he offered 2 free months then dropped us. Hopefully he can fix his internal struggles.
