I have experienced a very disrespectful, stressful, hostile, and argumentative attitude from the clerk Johnna, who was not wearing a visible name tag for identification. She has frequently displayed an extremely unfriendly, hateful, and racist attitude. When I asked her to enter my reward number, she ignored me and responded with hostility. Later, when I requested to speak with her direct manager, she showed complete indifference. The pharmacist also seemed unconcerned about my complaint regarding Johnna’s repeated provocative behavior. Most of the staff in that pharmacy are very professional and friendly, except for clerk Johnna. Is she exempt from responsibility, or allowed to behave this way because she is racist or considers herself above the rules? I have already contacted the main corporation, and depending on their response, I will decide whether to continue with this pharmacy or transfer my business elsewhere. ****** Update ,I received a phone call from the assistant manager, and I hope that clerk learns to treat customers with more respect.

Received a voicemail saying my prescription was ready, got there an hour later to be told nothing was ready. Called back the next day and explained this, young woman says she’ll check and the line disconnects after putting me on hold. Disgustingly unprofessional

I came to the pharmacy on May 18th to pick up a prescription at 7:45p, the pharmacist said that it would be an hour and a half. I came back 2 hours later it still wasn't ready.

I ordered cooked food (ribs) from their meat section and have been sick for the last two days. It came up almost immediately 1-2 hours after eating them and I’m 1000% sure they served either bad or contaminated food. I would not trust / recommend this location again.
