Great service and the used Schwinn bike I got is amazing, comfortable seat, good shifting, smooth riding. The staff member was also friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 stars is their website states their used bikes are around $200 but really they are around $300. Still much cheaper than other used bike shops and worth it for the quality, but it would be nice to know price ahead of time.
When a business has nothing but 5 star reviews and one lone, whiny 1 star review, chances are pretty good the problem wasn't the business. Lake Mills is lucky to have a hometown bike shop like Gib's.
My dream is to bring Andy my old Schwinn all the way from Baja to Wisconsin. Love watching this dude work!
