Dear GiftKarte Technologies, We truly appreciate your service and are fully satisfied. Yesterday, I visited the Saeed Ghani store at Ocean Mall, Karachi, to redeem my gift card from English Biscuits Manufacturers. However, the salesperson informed me that they do not accept gift cards and seemed unaware of the GiftKarte system. I immediately contacted GiftKarte's customer care, and the representative I spoke with was incredibly supportive. She resolved my issue promptly within 20 minutes, providing excellent assistance throughout. A special thanks to the lady who stayed connected with me until my issue was completely resolved.
