This might be the worst service I've ever received. I ordered a cordless impact wrench through Lazada. They messaged me if I have the battery and they won't ship the item. I responded that I have the 18v battery but they still won't ship my order. It's been 5 days since I kept asking for a follow-up. After five days, I canceled my order since it's not yet shipped. I keep telling them it's their fault for not shipping my order for five days straight, but they don't care. They keep insisting that it's not their fault even after sending proof that the packing of the item was delayed. (according to Lazada) They declined my cancellation and delivered a pouch with bubble wrap: no item, no power tool, just a piece of plastic. Now, they're not responding to my refund. They're trying their best to make the refund process longer by not accepting the refund. Worst experience. If you want a fast transaction, this shop is not for you. Very slow shipping 5 days no follow-up, not yet even shipped. "Staff is always right" for this shop. They never apologized for what they did.
