i bought an air pods pro from this shop. end up the type C is not functioning. return to the shop, and i ask a new replacement for the type c cable. the sales person told that they dont have any cable type C for replacement. i end up with a normal usb cable. my 3rd visit here. by far their customer service is very very bad. they don’t even apologise to me. i walk off from the shop just like that. please improve customer service and have some courtesy.

After doing my research, I decided to whatsapp the shop and asked a few questions regarding my IP battery.
