Michele DeianaSono stato oggi da Dodo con la mia compagna, che ha chiesto a una commessa (quella più grande di età) se fosse possibile stringere un braccialetto dodo che avevamo acquistato in un altro store. La commessa è stata molto scortese e maleducata, e le ha anche detto che ho si comprava un bracciale nuovo o poteva pure andarsene. Mai avuto un trattamento così scandaloso in un negozio.
Rebecca Galessi Villaho chiamato per sapere se fosse possibile effettuare un cambio proveniente da un altro negozio ma la commessa mi ha risposto, senza nemmeno farmi finire di formulare la frase, in maniera molto scortese, che il cambio non si poteva effettuare perché “il gioiello non è uscito dal nostro negozio”. poco esaustivo e commessa poco gentile, non ci tornerò.

Tiziana LiminaConsiglio un corso sulla gestione dello stress e sulla gestione "empatica" del cliente. Ma non a tutto lo staff... solo per una addetta alle vendite poco paziente e molto molto molto fuori luogo come mimica facciale e comportamento verbale. Mi trovavo lì per acquistare un dono, la signora in questione ad un tratto ha sbuffato e in maniera passivo aggressiva (quindi senza rivolgersi a me direttamente) ha esclamato "io ho tante cose da fare!!!! Sono appena arrivata!!!". Leggo altre recensioni simili, forse è il caso di formare meglio lo staff. È proprio un peccato.
