Owner not a genuine sales person. Gave me a quote one week ago for transferring data from laptop on to memory card. I was charged $100 more than original quote with no new changes to the work order and lied in person of our previous phone conversation. I got back home and realized gave back half of my plug in charger in which again, lied in person that he gave it to me (reason why I needed to return). Not to mention, tried selling me products on my first return but couldn't provide decent customer service to have me return in the future. Cellphone MD is a drive (Tampa) but better quality service.
