PennySUPER LOUSY SERVICES! Unprofessional and arrogant. I have this extreme unpleasant experience with them where they were awfully rude when I generally posted them a reasonable question to manage my expectation, on where are they coming from and how long would it reach me once I place the order. They did not took the enquiry formally but instead got irritated and responded in a harsh tone "why so weird, already answer otw, why keep asking!" but then she deleted the message. The frontend experience should be revamped.
Syeda Khadija MazharPeople don't use their services. I got an emergency and ask them for service. They LADY on the call give the price that was pricey for me. So, I politely asked her if she can reduce the price She could've politely declined it but, she was soo much rude she said "better call guard" and afterwards did not reply any of my queries. Later, I even agreed to her price but still she didn't answer, then I even called on the whatsapp, she declined it. It was an emergency situation and that's not how you talk to your customer. WORST SERVICE EVER!!.... I would not recommend it to anyone.
