Bought a value size Amika dry shampoo. I used it once and the sprayer sropped working. Went in 2 days after purchase and they had a strict no refund, no credit, no replacement. So a $60 dry shampoo that was defective, they told me to take my defective product and go. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Many stores are much more flexible and understanding with their products.

I stopped by to look and was hoping to browse on my own. Even after politely saying I don’t need assistance the staff member stood beside me and watched me the whole time. It made me feel very uncomfortable

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Glamour Secrets. I went in to purchase the Redken Frizz Dismiss cream but mistakenly picked up the mask due to nearly identical packaging. The store manager, who helped me at checkout and recognized me the next day, refused to offer any help when I returned. I hadn’t opened the product and had the transaction on my phone, but was still told all products are final sale even though I paid full price and was not informed of this at the time of purchase. I bought the product around 5:40 PM on Tuesday, and the mall closed at 6:00 PM. When I got home and realized it was the wrong product, it was already 7:30 PM, and the mall was closed. When I explained this, the manager said I should have called but then also admitted that the phone line is only active during business hours, making it impossible for me to do so. There was no signage or label on the shelf or product stating it was final sale. Both items I purchased had price tags from Glamour Secrets, but nowhere did it say ‘final sale’. If I had been informed either verbally or through clear labeling, I would have checked more carefully. The lack of flexibility and empathy over a simple and honest mistake, especially when the product is unused, is truly disappointing. I simply requested an exchange or store credit and was flatly denied. Terrible customer service. I will not be shopping here again.
