Having visited the experience centre in HSR-Layout Bangalore and met their Branch Head Jacob and Sales Manager Shibiyan reassured that we were at the right place to get our interior done. The Experience Centre gives the customer the taste of D'Life's expertise in design, material and fabrication, which leaves very little room for the customer to be confused. From day one to the last day of handover the communication, punctuality, commitment, expertise in design/engineering, planning & fabrication were spot-on and it is truly a customers delight specially if you have worked with another interior design vendor to know the difference. The final execution matched the design presentation seamlessly, no fooling around with the material quality while approving the estimate. All said and done, with D'Life your interior is in the right hands and your expectations will be surpassed by their extremely trustworthy team of professionals. To mention in particular Vishwanath - Zonal Manager, Saatwik - Project Manager, Charly & Arun - Designers were truly instrumental in making this project highly satisfying. D'Life's Pros: we would say a Five-Star to Material/Fabrication/Carpentry, Electrical fittings/painting/Design/Punctuality. Jilson dealt with the sales part very professionally and helped to close discussions quickly. Sarin was extremely responsive and patient with our design requests. Ganesh did an excellent job managing the project end-to-end — coordinating with the builder, supervising execution, and sharing daily updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. A special mention to zonal mgr Rahul for regularly checking in and ensuring the work stayed aligned with our expectations. Overall, we are happy with the design & execution!! Few suggestions for improvement: 1. Handle options for wardrobe/drawer shutters were surprisingly very limited. 2. 3D rendering software is not up to market standards. This can be a deal breaker for many as it is difficult to exactly visualize the outcome.
