Glass Finish Ltd auto body repairs (BS10125)

Following a recent accident caused by inclement weather, my insurance provider coordinated with Glass Finish to manage the necessary repairs to my vehicle. I was sincerely appreciative of the courtesy car that was provided during this period. While the repair process initially faced some delays due to factors beyond our control, it was evident that the job required more extensive work than initially anticipated. Nevertheless, once repairs commenced, I received regular updates on the progress of the work at each stage through phone communication. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs completed by Glass Finish. The staff demonstrated professionalism, providing both helpful and polite service throughout the process. I took the car I drive into Glass Finnish after it was vandalised and keyed all the way around. Glass Finnish made the car look brand-new again. They were super efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them and I would never take my car anywhere else.

Had a repair done on my car, the underneath of the car was apparently replaced. Since I’ve had the car back I’ve repeatedly had to have the AA come to reattach it all who confirmed that it’s not been changed and there are holes where areas have been cut from it. Tried to contact glass finish several times and no answer. Leave messages and no response I rang 3 x in December and since I’ve put this review they’ve tried to reach out. I never received a breakdown of the repair as the ‘printer was broken’ on collection So denying I’ve not reached out is nonsense
