This is a very nice Macy's. I love this department store for clothing, dresses, shoes and home goods. I almost always purchase all my bedding and pillows from this store bc they have such a classy and high-quality selection... Macy's is one of those stores you take for granted when you really need something that it will always be there. There is a reason these types of stores anchor malls and I hope this large store is around for years to come for those staples we're all used to purchasing at places like this. Plenty of parking.

Do not purchase furniture from here! I waited a year for a couch that was ordered incorrectly four times and when I finally got the correct configuration the pieces don’t match. The sales person said she had “old eyes” so couldn’t tell and the furniture manager for the store has not answered any of my emails about the issue (you can’t call as they won’t give you a phone number). To make matters worse I am supposed to get a refund of $600 for all the issues but it has not shown up and no one will answer my emails about that either. I strongly suggest going anywhere else. I am so embarrassed about how my couch looks (even the delivery driver asked if they were supposed to match) but I can’t get help resolving the issue.

I came in looking for a watch and cologne and Jarred absolutely helped me out. I didn't feel pressured and we had fun talking about the watch I was looking at. He's great.
