Been here a couple times for my dogs health and they were great with the service. Decided to groom him there for the first time today as a walk in and they massacred my boy. They walked me back to take my dog and I spoke with the groomer, who was cutting a dogs hair at the moment, and let him know that I’d like my dogs cut to basically be like a lions mane, a fluffy tail and cleaned up. We understood each other and I left. Came back to my dog looking like this. Before and after pictures. I paid $81. The groomer basically gave him the same haircut he was giving the dog prior to him. Didn’t make a fuss or anything because what’s the point after 🥲.

To claim to be an animal care provider is not an honest claim. I have a 2 month old puppy, mixed breed pit looking puppy, and it has a really crusty nose, under the nose, and ears infection looking thing going on...I'm sure a simple fix...the receptionist told me basically if Im not willing to put up $500+ I need to go to PAWS and "relinquish him". WOW...I'm too hurt...and still don't know what to do.

Unfortunately, the groomer that took care of our dog ended up hurting our dog near her genitals. Our dog is completely tramatized and we have taken her back for shots and our dog freaks out when she is at this place. The vets also give you extra things without notifying us first so we had a surprise high bill at the end. They also take you animal to the back area to examine and encourage the pet owner to wait in lobby. Please do not bring your animals here!!

I love this place! Thanks to all the kind and diligent vet, techs and receptionists that are at the hospital and work so hard and with so much care for our pets. This hospital is amazing, the groomer is awesome and in general, the staff and all the members of BPAH are so welcoming and supportive!
