We had Tom to power flush our heating system and he did such a thorough job, involving us throughout the process and showing what he had achieved in the time he was here. Let me start off by saying Tom's a legend. We had an issue a smelly sewer smell. I spoke to Tom on the phone and right from the off I could tell he was enthusiastic about his trade and gave me possible reasons why there was a smell. He attended our property and identified the problem right away. He came back with the relevant part as promised and the issue has ceased. Tom is a genius and a nice guy with an amazing knowledge set. We decided to change the traditional boiler system to combi boiler system for our new house.
