Tom is absolutely fantastic at what he does! Incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic and so accommodating. We had Tom to power flush our heating system and he did such a thorough job, involving us throughout the process and showing what he had achieved in the time he was here. We ended up getting back around 20c on our radiators thanks to Tom! Thank you again Tom, I know who to call in the future 🫡

Let me start off by saying Tom's a legend. We had an issue a smelly sewer smell. I spoke to Tom on the phone and right from the off I could tell he was enthusiastic about his trade and gave me possible reasons why there was a smell. He attended our property and identified the problem right away. He came back with the relevant part as promised and the issue has ceased. Tom is a genius and a nice guy with an amazing knowledge set.
