From the initial contact made by them to the installation of the garage door, it was great. Spoke to many people there - Jim, Nicolas, Wayne and each one of them was super helpful and overall just a very easy and uncomplicated experience. Amazing customer service. I sent an inquiry by email and Norm called back right away. He walked me through what I needed to do to get my garage door working properly. With his help, I didn’t need a service call and saved a lot of money. Very focused on prompt and courteous service. We will definitely use Glenmore Doors for everything in the future!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Glenmore Door Services that left me frustrated and disappointed. I had placed my blue recycling bin in its usual spot to avoid pick for the week. Placed away and faced away from street to avoid the city mistakenly collecting, but come to find mere 1 hour after the service was complete to find it damaged. The bin was cracked, and it was clear that it had been hit or mishandled during their operation. I tried reaching out to the business to resolve the issue, but communication was poor, and I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. It’s especially frustrating when you depend on these services to handle your property with care. I understand accidents happen, but proper customer service and follow-up are key to maintaining trust. I hope the business can take more responsibility for its actions in the future and be more mindful of the impact on their customers' property. At this point, I’m left dealing with the mild inconvenience of replacing a bin that was damaged due to their oversight.
