We were ready to start another real estate deal, so we contacted our broker to put things in motion. "I'm currently traveling until ....", the automatic reply from Geoff reads. We were relieved, when we read below that we can contact Aleasha for assistance. Aleasha helped with a previous real estate deal and we knew we are in good hands. The next day, she started gathering papers from us and in a few days, we were approved by the lander. Aleasha was in control of the process, mastering communication skills, professional expertise, patience and fast action. Aleasha checked every requirement and document and send those to the lender in timely manner. She also took time to clarify with the lender some specific items related to our documents. As it happened, I received documents to forward to Aleasha's office on Friday afternoons. Even if it was close to the end of the program, Aleasha always took time to confirm. Aleasha gave us confidence, by explaining how everything works, and which steps are next.
