I've had friends that had horrible experiences and results from other establishments so I had more questions than an FBI interrogation! EVERYONE took time to not only listen and answer my questions but they went far above and beyond to explain everything to me in great detail. My removal was a VERY emotional experience and these ladies allowed me to be human and took SO much time comforting me and reassuring me. Words honestly cannot express how incredible this place is. I highly recommend them.

Anonymous EmailThey called me the day before the appointment and had me move it up by an hour. On its own, totally fine. But when I showed up, the esthetician I had my appointment with was over 20 minutes late. Not the best start. Then, during the consult they pointed out things that I hadn’t mentioned any concerns about or an interest in “fixing.” I understand that this is a sales tactic or maybe they felt it helpful to point out additional things to fix, but that’s not what I’m looking for in a med spa. The effect of the service has passed what I would have preferred and my face feels frozen in areas, despite me having noted that I prefer a natural look and wasn’t wanting anything so extreme. (I’ve had this service done elsewhere with preferable results) I will be looking for a different provider in the future. I still gave two stars because otherwise they were mostly very friendly.
