I ordered and paid for almost 20,000. worth of roof trusses at the end of July 2025. I called sales rep, Lee Pye today, August 28,2025. I advised him our carpenter would like to order our lumber package elsewhere. Lee cancelled my roof truss order without recourse, stating he would do a refund. This is an unethical business practice as I was Not given a choice!! You are incorrect, Lee called me on August 21, 2025 to inform this was a new change implemented by the owners. I did not cancel my order, Lee Pye cancelled it without my consent, advising me Mission would re-imburse my full payment. Now a month later I have to find a roof truss builder. This is not a good business practice people.!

Waiting for a call back!!. So all this transpired last week, Tuesday when I called my sales guy in the morning looking for window well pricing. I gave him the sizes, and he assured me that he would get back to me in an hour or so. On Thursday, I called another supplier, got a quote, and was told it would take a day or so for the order to be ready. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called, and my made to order window wells were ready the next day! After posting my waiting for a call back review, I had a response from the (manager?) and that I should have called back instead of waiting for a response from my sales associate. I did finally get a call back from him today(!) approximately one week after inquiring for pricing ! Understandably, he was upset, and it looks like my business will not be appreciated or wanted any longer! This is usually a very responsive company, and I may have been quick to post a bad review. However, whenever my company has a bad review, the first thing I do not do is blame the customer. I carefully consider their viewpoint, and as my ex sales staff pointed out, they are busy or life happens! I would like to finish that life is busy and happens on the other side of the order desk as well. Good luck, mission, and all the best, I will take my modest business elsewhere. Sincerely Brian P .
