I have been using this company for years now and they still always impress me. I hate to say but I have tried another company simply due to the fact that it was an acquaintance of mine and his work was not even close to the great work global does. Not to mention he charged $20 more than global did and it was half the job. Love them and will always use them from here on out. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would… (also left a better business bureau review!!!) I booked a full interior Detail. Two young guys show up and took less than 1.5 hours to detail the whole car. I went out to check them job they did and at first sight it looked clean. I payed them $170 and they left. After, I examined the car I noticed the cup holders and front console were not “deep cleaned” (as the listing stated) and still had sticky residue left behind. Under the seats were not vacuumed and still contained trash and sand. The top of seats were still a little sandy, along with the carpets. I immediately emailed the company to speak with the manager/owner, in hopes of either getting a partial refund OR another employee coming out to fix the work that was not completed. Come to find out the two boys who did the detail were the owners. Their customer service was UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. They told me the only thing they could do was come back out and fix the things they missed. It took them almost a week to come back. When they finally came back they didn’t even vacuum the spots they missed and told me they would not vacuum after a week has past. ALL IN ALL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB YOURSELF AT A SELF CAR WASH!!!!
