Although they were in middle of a renovation it was kept very clean. All the staff were wonderful and sweet. The vet was helpful and answered all my questions. The vet tech lady cleaned my kittens ears of their ear mites upon request. They gave treats to distract from the vaccinations. Both the vet and vet tech were super gentle with my kittens. They were understanding when I had to text for a few minutes about an important matter. The invoice they gave broke down the costs. All in all, a very positive experience.

I definitely reccomended Avenue Animal Hospital. They give exceptional care to our beloved babies. Dr. Messina and the Team are amazing people with huge hearts they love our babies almost as much as we do. They have given me and my babies amazing care. Specifically my cat Midnight she lived 15 amazing years 14 of which were with me. She had a few health conditions near the end so we were a regular client the last few years. I particularly liked how they were honest with me about my baby's conditions and treatments rather than just trying to rob me for my money and disregarding my cat's quality of life. Unfortunately Midnight's time here on earth came to an ended last week but that was what needed to happen. The staff was amazing to me they went above and beyond to get me in that day and then talked me through everything reassuring me that I'm making the right choice and that she wasn't going to get better. They gave me the time and space to say goodbye and let me be there as long as I needed after she was gone. When I went to pick up her ashes they gave me many many paw prints and a small jar with some of her fur and poems and a hand written card. They are truly amazing vet staff and I'm so grateful my baby was treated by people with such big hearts. I will continue to take my other 2 babies to them because they provide truly amazing treatment to my fur family.

My cat Olaf was struggling with a condition called Pyometra and her conditioning was worsening each day, luckily the very skilled surgeon and doctors there made it possible for olaf to make it home and have a perfect recovery! I would 10000 percent recommend this vet, hopefully this vet stays in this city, it will be my go to again... hopefully years to come

A week and a half ago, we had to make the hardest decision to put our cat Mooka down, a cat that I've had for almost 14 years and was my absolute best friend. I left knowing my decision was the right decision from the support at Avenue Animal Hospital. They handled everything very sensitively, gave us the proper time needed to say our goodbyes, and were just all around respectful. Thank you Avenue Animal Hospital, and thank you even more for the card we received in the mail with Mooka's paw prints. It'll be treasured.
