DaniUnfortunately, everything about my appointment with Alana was extremely unprofessional. I had met her during my consultation and expressed to her my wants and needs. On the day of my appointment, not only does Alana show up 25 minutes late but when she arrives and sees me at her specific waiting area outside her office, she doesn’t acknowledge me or greet me. I figured she might be busy or finishing something up so I waited 5 extra minutes pacing outside her office until I finally walk inside and tell her my name and remind her of my appointment time. Her response was that she didn’t realize it was me outside. But in reality I think she forgot about our appointment entirely since she was still 25 minutes late. It gets better. Alana had completely forgotten about what we discussed in my consultation and when she looked at my skin, she told me that she currently doesn’t have the machine for my skin tone and that it would take a few weeks until she can do the IPL on me. So basically this was a complete waste of time as I had to take time off work to come to this appointment. I’m sure Alana’s capabilities are wonderful and that her clients must get great results. However, as a result of the unprofessionalism I experienced, I will not be rescheduling with Alana. I’ll just have to go a different route.
