This company is extremely shady & unprofessional. They are nearly impossible to get in touch with billing & randomly add extremely predatory rates & won’t give a clear reason. When you go into the location the staff is condescending and rude. They refuse to offer help & let you stand there for 10-15 minutes unattended & give you dirty looks. We will never use them again & will make sure others don’t either.
Manager Robert Young gave wrong Schedule We lost 1000 $ our stuff was heavy we planed advance 3- handyman We rented lift fork machines We called twice & confirmed delivery but not got delivery 😡
I have been going there for about 4 months. They know that your time is valuable. So they try to get you on your way quickly. They have also delivered products ahead of schedule. And that's a plus in my book. 👍
