Jay and his crew did great work on our townhouse. When there were a few delays outside of their control (supply chain, material vendors, third party issues), Jay ensured that his team were flexible and able to work around revised timelines. Unlike many contractors that we tried to speak to, Jay and GLUZMAN Contractors were highly responsive and communicative, explained issues, and provided updates when required. We are very happy with the final product. and look forward to working with them again for future projects.

Stay away from this guy. Had a terrible experience with this company. I am very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. Don't deserve even one star. The most shocking and painful experience I've ever had led to a lawsuit. Irresponsable and incompetent constructor. Scare tactic and intimidation are his strategy. Doesn't obey judge rule and not pay compensation. Had to start an enforcement process against him. Be aware and stay alert. He filed bankruptcy to avoid paying debts.
