Before you consider GMFS Mortgage, please do yourself a favor and go read reviews of Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. As of May 1, 2024, GMFS Mortgage loans are serviced by Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. When Shellpoint took over the servicing of my loan last year, I lost access to my online account. Since the middle of 2024, I have spoken with half a dozen different customer service representatives to try and resolve the problem. As of February 3, 2025 the issue has still not been resolved and I can't access my mortgage account online. This is inexcusable, in my opinion. I do not recommend GMFS Mortgage.

GMFS is amazing!! Mary Thomas, Shayla Woods, and Justin Doucet were the BEST! GMFS is extremely organized and easy to work with. We closed on our property within 30 days!! They made the process very simple, the communication was great and I’m so thankful to work with this company!!!

What can I say... GMFS did an awesome job working with me on refinancing my home. Kristen Castille did an exceptional job working on getting the best rate for me. Also how quickly we got it done as well. Met with Kristen on 12/10 and by Christmas Eve we closed on the deal! Awesome company to work with, I highly recommend them for any of your refinance needs!
