GO Transport was our partner in a move to Germany. They were very professional throughout the entire process, from first contact/quotation over continuous communications and final packing/shipping. Only downside is the feeling that our small size move could have been shipped in a more compact, sustainable, and potentially cheaper way. They proposed to go for a 20 foot container exclusively for a 15 cubic meter load. At the end, another family’s move would have fit very well in the same container, potentially splitting the price. Anyways, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I moved from Canada to KSA and specifically paid for their "door-to-door" service to avoid any hassle. They assured me the delivery would take around 2 months. Well, guess what? It took over 6 months —and that was after countless emails from me that were mostly ignored. When I called for updates, they either pushed me off or flat-out didn’t answer. I had to resort to calling from different numbers just to get through! To add insult to injury, a local delivery company contacted me, demanding nearly $800 to release my belongings. I refused because I had already paid everything in Canada. I must have called GoTransport a hundred times (no exaggeration) to get them to handle the fees, and for 2 more months, they kept feeding me the same lie: "Everything is under control." Meanwhile, my belongings were just sitting at Dammam Port. Finally, I had to call them and threaten legal action because my kids’ important medicine and crucial documents were in those boxes. Only after this did they miraculously manage to get the delivery company to release my stuff. I cannot stress this enough: Do not use this company. They are completely unprofessional, grossly overpriced, and utterly unreliable. If they were the last company on earth, I still wouldn’t deal with them. Avoid at all costs.

We recently moved from Dubai to Ottawa in July 2024 and had Go Transport Canada handle our shipment in Canada. Our experience was profoundly disappointing. Customs Misinformation: While still in Dubai, we were misinformed about customs clearance in Montreal. We were told a friend could clear our container, but it turned out to be impossible. We had to clear it ourselves on July 8, 2024. Inadequate Truck Size: When our shipment was delivered, we discovered that some of it was still in Montreal because the truck wasn't big enough. Missing items included our bed mattress and dining room table. This lack of foresight and concern left us without essential items for days. Delayed Second Delivery: The second delivery, which was delayed by a week, was unacceptable. Despite promises of priority, our goods arrived late at 7 PM on July 15th, disrupting our plans with no communication from the company. Overall, Go Transport Canada provided appalling service with poor communication, inadequate planning, and a disregard for our needs. This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress during an already stressful international move. We urge Go Transport Canada to address these issues to prevent future customers from facing similar problems.

Rogue cowboys!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TO SHIP CARS! We used them to ship 2 cars from Canada to Australia. They were totally covered in mold by the time they got here. When questioned about it, the stated they had never heard of Damp rid?? Then one of the cars was damaged at the time of packing as per their photos they sent me, causing AUD10 000.00 worth of damage. Chris has not so much as owed me the respect of a phone call, despite many many messages and calls. I also asked for additional insurance to be taken out, it was, but for total loss only. So i am left with nothing. Lazy & arrogant with ZERO care factor!! NB: Make sure your shippers are registered with IATA, at least they can be held accountable by a global body & you have someone turn to.
