As soon as we made the decision to go with a travel agent, Shantelle popped up like our fairy godmother 👏 she stayed in budget, found us fantastic flights and a 5 star resort. We enjoyed a family vacation to Viva Tangerine for one week after Christmas December 2023. Shantelle was amazing to work with. We needed to switch our trip from February 2024 to December 2023. Shantelle made this change immediately and elevated our stress. Our trip went smoothly from picking the resort to transportation. Shantelle made this trip seamless We would definitely book another holiday with Shantelle. We also recommended Viva tangerine- it was a great family resort. The hotel room was spacious and cool. We had a lovely balcony that overlooked the grounds and beautiful greenery. The beach was lovely. We spent most of our time jumping the waves. The pool was spacious and clean The staff were very friendly and kind. We would definitely go back to this resort.
