Shantelle was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the whole experience so seamless, like we pushed the easy button. It was pure relaxation knowing everything was taken care of. We spent weeks trying to find a trip online, felt like we wanted to pull our hair out with the terrible flight times and a plethora of options which made the experience wildly overwhelming. As soon as we made the decision to go with a travel agent, Shantelle popped up like our fairy godmother 👏 she stayed in budget, found us fantastic flights and a 5 star resort. Shes incredibly professional, always responding quickly to your questions/concerns and makes you feel comfortable. We 💯 recommend booking your trip with her.

Had a comfortable trip except when in Saskatoon , I couldn’t get baggage tag as I was Eleanore May(as my last name ) not Neale.The change was made and then no problem. Shantelle was always right there to help when I panicked.
