Unfortunately, I trusted this agency and paid for a consultation. However, when the time for the consultation came, I never received the link to join. I called the receptionist, and she told me the appointment was scheduled for a different time, which was not true. I had the original confirmation email showing the correct time. She then asked if I could join 30 minutes later. I agreed, but 15 minutes after that, I received a call asking again if I could join. I finally had the consultation, which lasted only 15 minutes. During that brief call, the agent told me he would need a few days to review my case and see if they could assist with my application. After that, I never received any follow-up. My calls and emails were ignored, which was extremely frustrating. I feel this situation was handled very unprofessionally. If the agency wasn’t able to help with my case, they could have simply informed me, instead of wasting my time and money.
