Our tech was nice and really good at his job but at the end of the day, we feel we were sold a system that the company was just trying to get rid of and convinced us with a “killer deal” which yes $11k is a good price for a horizontal split gas system but we ended up purchasing a lower seer rated system that another company (second opinion) had told us to not go lower than a 16 seer. Our old system which was an early 2000 system would kick on immediately and the fan would blow immediately, this new system now takes longer to kick on and we feel the house isn’t as cold as when we had our old system. So to say the system works as great as our 20 sum year old system, no. Our old system worked better than a brand new 2025 system. This is a multi day install when the tech said it would all be done in one day. We’re still waiting on the sensors to be installed and the dry wall to be fixed and the system came with no permits when we were told that Goettl would take care of everything including sensors and permits. Not to mention, the old system was a lot smaller than this new AC ground system. We already have an incredibly small backyard, and this system was bigger than our old one. I thought technology was advanced enough to make systems a little bit more smaller and less bulky but I guess not. We’re just hoping for the best for the next 15 years. Second picture is our neighbors unit, which was how small our old system was (neighbor has the same brand as our old one)and it worked so far, better than this Goodman “goettl” brand. We even had space to sit around and hang out with the dogs. We’re feeling very ripped off.

Promises of a quality product and two years later a $3,500 repair bill EVEN under warranty. Folks, two years ago, I purchased two top of the line Goettle 4 Ton AC Units along with all of the warranties. Last week, one of them stopped working and upon inspection, the Coil had leaked. We immediately called for service and was told that this was a unit under warranty, but we'd have to pay the labor. Goettle came out and conducted the repair, and just so happened to notice that the OTHER unit also had a leak. So we then had to pay TWICE for TWO YEAR OLD units. Folks, in the 20 years I owned the previous two units, there was never a coil leak, and now these two new units both sprung leaks. For a quality product, this is not the kind of service/support/pricing one would hope. Please save your money and go with someone that'll put a quality product (that'll last years) without needing new coils/new compressors. We will now live in fear of a $3,500 bill every two years for these units. If you want quality, go another route. Pics of the leak and the workmanship left over after they were done. **FYI, regardless of what Goettle has replied with. No one has reached out. (nor will they)

Our biggest thanks goes out to Stevo and his crew for doing an outstanding job as always. This is the experiment we’ve always gotten with ghetto over the years and that’s why we have stuck by them for nine years now Stevo was very informative with explaining The details of his inspections and recommendations for this project to ensure our appliances and pipes will be much less affected by the hard water of Las Vegas. given all the information we received and the consultation and just walking us through the project we did not mind paying the cost because the end results were worth it.
